I am a Manual Osteopath and Certified Rolfer.My goal is to assist in easing your pain and to restore body alignment and balance through joint manipulation and fascia, soft connective tissue. Osteopathy is well known for its benefits and effectiveness in dealing with muscle, bone, ligament and joint pain. This natural therapy uses gentle manual techniques to restore function to the body, improve posture, and relieve pain and dysfunction.I am also offering Cold Laser Therapy at Ocean Wellness Clinic in North Vancouver and Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver.
